Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Kingz gear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Start your return through our Returns Portal — it only takes a couple of minutes.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need — it's faster than waiting on a swap, and we'll action your refund as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
What you'll need
- Your original order number or tax invoice
- Garment tags attached and/or original packaging intact
- Item unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Returns outside 30 days may be accepted as store credit at our discretion. Items that don't meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to you.
Shipping costs
Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order — in that case, we cover it.
Where it goes
Once your return is approved through the portal, you'll be given a shipping label and our Malaga, WA warehouse address automatically — no need to look it up.
